Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
The service
Qliovio is software for a local business to publish a catalog and take orders. Submitting an application does not open a store. Qliovio reviews the application and opens the store if it is approved.
A customer uses a store's public page to browse and order. The customer does not register for a Qliovio account.
Who may apply
The person who applies must give a working email and accurate contact and location details, and must keep the merchant password private.
Qliovio does not accept an application or a customer order when the phone, address, or network location is in Russia, Belarus and Iran.
Acceptable use
Do not use Qliovio for unlawful goods or content, to attack the service or another store, to send a false application, or to get around checkout limits.
What the merchant is responsible for
The merchant is responsible for the products, descriptions, images, prices, availability, delivery or pickup, and for following the law that applies to that business, including consumer and tax rules.
Qliovio hosts and displays the catalog the merchant provides. Qliovio is not the seller of the goods and does not fulfill the order.
Orders and payments
The store can offer online card payment, card payment on delivery or pickup, and cash, but only the methods that store has turned on.
Online card payment is sent to LiqPay or plata by mono, whichever provider that merchant configured. Qliovio does not store the card number. Cash and card-on-delivery are arranged between the customer and the merchant.
Prices and fees shown at checkout come from the store's catalog and delivery zones, not from an amount typed in the browser.
Availability and changes
Qliovio may change, pause, or stop parts of the service. These terms do not promise a particular uptime.
Refusal and closure
Qliovio may refuse an application, close a store, or block a checkout when the country rule above applies, when use breaks these terms, or when that is needed to protect merchants, customers, or the service.
Fees
Qliovio does not charge a subscription or show a price plan on this website. These terms do not describe invoices or automatic billing. If a paid plan is added later, it will be described before it applies.
Intellectual property
Qliovio owns the software, the Qliovio name, and the Qliovio logo. The merchant owns the text and images they upload and allows Qliovio to host and show them in order to run the store.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Qliovio is not liable for a merchant's products, prices, descriptions, or fulfillment, for a payment provider being unavailable, or for indirect loss.
These terms do not remove a right that the law does not allow a contract to remove. They do not name a court or a money cap.
Changes to these terms
Qliovio updates this page when the rules change. The date above is the latest update. Continuing to use the service after that date means the updated terms apply.
